Verglichen werden zunächst Kulturen von Meerschweinchen-Keratinozyten, menschlichen Keratinozyten (nach Subkultivierung) und HaCaT-Zellen (immortalisierte Zellinie). An HaCaT-Zellen wird der Einfluß von liposomalen Phospholipiden und Anthralin untersucht. Es ergibt sich, daß liposomale Phospholipide keine erkennbare zytotoxische Wirkung haben, daß dagegen Anthralin bei hoher Dosierung deutlich zytotoxisch wirkt und bei niedriger Dosierung vor allem mitoseverlängernd.
Comparison of guinea pig keratinocytes, human keratinocytes (after subculturing) and HaCaT cells (immortalized cell lines). The HaCaT cells were tested under the influence of liposomal phospholipids and anthralin. The results prove that liposomal phospholipids have no recognizable cytotoxic effect, and that higher dosages of anthralin have a clearly cytotoxic effect, whereas lower dosages work to extend the mitotic state in time.
