Abstract
In the film, surviving neutrophil granulocytes from peripheral human blood is examined in a cover glass preparation. The development of cell migration at this stage, phagocytosis of different types of bacterium and the effect of increased temperatures on the behaviour of cell are shown. Finally the degeneration of the cells is demonstrated.
