Die Farbgebung deutet Wolkenbildungen an und erleichtert die Interpretation. Der Zusammenhang mit den Vektordarstellungen der Horizontalbewegungen wird ausführlich erläutert.
Computer calculated wind vector fields show changes of the vertical motions over southern Florida within the sea breeze circulation. The colouring hints the formation of clouds and simplifies interpretation. The relation to the horizontal motions is explained at large.
