Abstract Darstellung einer mikrobiologischen Methode. Durch Trübungsmessung wird in einer statischen Kultur die Zunahme der Bakterien-Zellmasse über 7 Stunden bestimmt. Aus der einfach logarithmisch dargestellten Wachstumskurve wird die Verdoppelungszeit der Zellmasse während der exponentiellen Wachstumsphase abgelesen.
Demonstration of a microbiological method. By measuring the turbidity in a static culture, the increase in the bacterial cell mass is determined for a period of 7 hours. The doubling time of the cell mass during the exponential growth phase is read directly from the simple logarithmic growth curve.
