Repulsive Anteile: Steigen und Beißintention bei den Junghengsten, Schlagen und Schlagintention aus der Hinterhand bei den Jungstuten. Attraktive Anteile: nasale Kontaktaufnahme. Kohäsive Anteile: z. B. gemeinsames Laufen.
In a herd of 15 young animals (13 males, 2 females) is captured the conflict increased by the female drive of the young mares, which makes easily recognisable the attractive and repulsive elements. The cohesive part of this behaviour serves for the preservation of the group. Attractive component of this behaviour is the nasal contact, repulsive portions are the mounting and biting intensions of the young stallions and mainly striking and intentions of striking from behind in the young mares.
