Schwachstellen städtebaulicher Konzepte am Beispiel des Züricher Stadtteils Seefeld. Die Problematik moderner Verkehrsplanung in einem sich vom Wohn- zum Geschäftsviertel entwickelnden Stadtteils, die damit verbundenen Konflikte und deren Lösungsmöglichkeiten sollen aufgezeigt werden. Abschließend werden Zukunftsperspektiven zur Realisierung sogenannter "Raumstadt"-Konzepte in der Tradition von Le Corbusier, Yona Friedman und Frei Otto gezeigt.

The film introduces the Seefeld district of Zurich to exemplify the problems of urban planning in the context of increasing car traffic and the conversion of a residential area into a business area. The films documents the conflicts and demonstrates solutions. Finally it presents future perspectives for the implementation of the so called 'Raumstadt' concepts in the tradition of Le Corbusier, Yona Friedman und Frei Otto.
