| English | English In this film the collection of Desmids (especially Micrasterias) in peat bogs and the following establishments of semi-sterile algae cultures is shown. With the green alga Micrasterias as a modell-cell the different preparative steps for transmission-electron microscopy e. g. fixation, embeding into plastic, ultrathin sectioning, staining and electron microscopy (taking of pictures and its interpretation) is demonstrated. |
