Darstellung einer mikrobiologischen Methode. Ausgehend von ungereinigtem Abwasser einer Kläranlage wird nach einem zweimaligen Verdünnungsausstrich mit Hilfe optischer Kontrollen und unter Verwendung eines selektiven Indikator-Nährbodens (EMB-Agar) eine Reinkultur von E.-coli-Bakterien hergestellt. Auf Schrägagar wird eine Stammkultur angelegt.

Beginning with non-purified waste water from a sewage treatment plant, a pure culture of E. coli bacteria is prepared subsequent to a twofold streak plate procedure with the aid of optical controls and using a selective indicator culture medium (EMB agar). A stem culture is established on agar slant.
