The phytoparasitic nematode does substantial economic damage to host crop plants thanks to its vagabond behaviour in roots. Development of the infection, saliva flow between the phases of ingestion and reaction of the host cell are shown with electronic contrast amplification. Defecation, ecdysis, oviposition, and movement through the root, in part in time-lapse.
