Abstract
This interview was held with Prof. Dr. Johan Rooryck, Executive Director of cOAlition S and Editor-in-Chief of “Glossa: a journal of general linguistics” from Leiden University. Taking us on the journey of how Glossa became an open access journal, Johan Rooryck elaborates on the challenges they encountered, the process in general and the reasons why they started the transformation. More and more scientific journals are opting for open access. This means a new business model has to be implemented. This video is part of a series of interviews with practical examples.
