open-access.network is the Open Access portal in the German-speaking world, supported by a network of partners with many years of experience and in-depth expertise in the field. The platform pools and activates existing initiatives and networks them across regions. The exchange within the scientific community on Open Access is promoted in the long term. Information on Open Access is made available across disciplines, centrally and reliably. Newly created, freely accessible materials, further education and training courses qualify stakeholders and multipliers in science and libraries and impart skills on practical, organisational and legal issues.
