The dynamic equilibrium of the Bianco Beach can be quantified. Erosion and accumulation are treated in three temporal scales: A storm event of three days, the changing of the seasons as well as a pulsation of the Laverde Delta over half a century. The entire active coastal area surprisingly shows distinct and homogeneous distribution trends for the size, form and petrographic composition of the gravels. A tracer experiment shows high travel velocities of the gravel and proves the high reaction velocity of the Bianco Beach.
