The Banff International Research Station will host the "Innovations in new instructor training" workshop in Banff from June 21, 2019 to June 23, 2019. Teaching is a crucial part of an academic mathematician's career. Nevertheless, instructor training programs for mathematicians, especially early career graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, vary widely. This workshop brings together key players in Mathematics departments across North America to share successful practices and to address ever-increasing instructional demands.
