Agriculture as a socio-ecological system requires the understanding of complex system dynamics, stakeholder needs, and sustainable development goal trade-offs. AI is increasingly used for monitoring, prediction, optimization, and decision support. In this talk, I will present an overview of AI applications for sustainable agriculture management as the group leader for artificial intelligence at ZALF.
