Before cell seeding, polystyrene slides were coated with thermoresponsive polymers. Silicone frames were placed and pushed to the slides using forceps to avoid leakage. For seeding, the endothelial or mesenchymal cell suspension was added to the silicon frames, always starting in the upper left corner. After seeding, the dishes were incubated at 37 °C and 5% CO2.
