Abstract
In joint work with Ulrich Bauer, Magnus Botnan and Steffen Oppermann, we construct equivalences relating certain subcategories of abelian categories. (These arise as components in so-called torsion and cotorsion pairs.) I will explain how this construction works, and with this as a fairly general starting point, we will see how this can be specialized to 2-parameter clustering. For the last part, I will give examples to show that the finiteness of representation type is sensitive to the orientation of the underlying quivers.
