Yes. Hi, everyone. I'm called Joel Dongwoo. I'm going to present the importance of coordination between youth mappers. First and foremost, the major important thing of coordination is it creates unity of action. Youth mappers
coordination provides unity of action of diversified resources, skills, activities and perceptions. Diversity is inherent in an organization, for instance, HUD and youth mappers. And this one all is brought about by coordination. Another
thing, it balances unequal and restore teamwork. How can this happen? Balances, inequalities, restores teamwork, like cultural, gender, spiritual, religious, racial and political differences among individuals. Coordination also develops
self-managed team and leadership linking strategy with the individual employees knowledge by developing a knowledge pool or a knowledge based pool. For instance, here in Uganda and
other countries in the world, you find coordination develops a unified mode of self-managed team. It is also important for differentiation and integration. In this way, coordination helps in synergizing differentiated work
units and authority to achieve the integrated effects. You can see here, people are being synergized with differentiated work units, and they're working together to achieve the common goal. And this is all about youth mappers. There is
also interdependence. Even though an organization works by segregating its activities into different functional areas, interdependence of each and every function ultimately helps
in accomplishing organizational objectives. Without coordination, such interdependencies cannot be achieved. It also helps in growing organization by developing an effective network of huge number of people
working in an organization. For instance, we have youth mappers and hot OSM. These are all big organizations that are contributing to disaster in the world. They're all submitting their resilience, they are sacrificing. So here,
it helps in growing organization by developing effective network. It also helps in eliminating conflicts and rivalry rivalry by developing a friendly and cooperative relationship and creates a network of resilient
communities in the world through mapping. We see youth mappers, all working cooperatively to see that they eliminate conflicts and rivalry among each other without
limiting, sharing and cooperating together. Here you see, through coordination, you find there is much of teamwork. With coordination, there is strong bond of teamwork, so as to achieve a common goal. So here we are
going to summarize by seeing ways how we can know that there is coordination. First, clear communication. If there is a clear communication in an organization, one or two organizations can be able to know that there is
coordination. Understanding each other's personality types, for instance, I'm here in Uganda, Africa. Amagi is in the USA. Patricia Solis is in Texas. So there is mutual understanding between three different personalities. This
is all about coordination. There are another way of understanding that there is coordination, we find that there is equality. There is both equality in racial equality, gender equality, and this is all brought about by
coordination. Task accomplishment, if the tasks are completed, or if all tasks are accomplished at a specific time, then there is coordination. When tasks delay to be accomplished at a specific time, then there is no
coordination. Therefore, task accomplishment is one of the ways we can understand that there is much more coordination in the organization. Solidarity for the common goal is also one of the ways we can be able to know that there is coordination in a given organization or in given
organizations that are supporting or that are working together to achieve a specific goal at a specific period of time. Connectivity. This is one of the greatest aspects that one can get to know that there is much more coordination in this organization, for instance, use
mappers. If there is connectivity, we can be able to understand very well that there is much more coordination. So this improves connection among different individuals. This is a great thing exhibited in this
