In 2017 Bike Ottawa started a project to create better bike maps in Canada’s National Capital region. This presentation will go through the approach taken, the results so far, some of the challenges as well plans for the future. Bike Ottawa is a not-for-profit, membership-based organization founded in 1984 that is run by volunteers who are passionate about promoting cycling as a safe, fun, and environmentally friendly form of transportation.
