In diesem Gastvortrag in der Vorlesung "User Experience Engineering" an der HTWG Konstanz stellt Oliver Karras das Thema "Koordination und Kommunikation in Softwareprojekten" vor. Dabei geht er ausgehend von dem grundlegenden Thema der Koordination und Kommunikation in Softwareprojekten konkrete auf drei Praktiken (Szenario, Prototyping und Vision Video) ein, mit denen gemeinsames Verständnis unter allen beteiligten Projektpartner entwickelt werden kann, um eine geteilte Projektvision zu etablieren.
