Intended for amateur radio terrestrial and space application, many exciting things are possible with this 4-ary FSK layered protocol from a dynamic and motivated international team. This talk will introduce the audience to the project and the purpose, goals, products, opportunities, and enjoyment possible with M17. M17 is not encumbered by US patents.
