The Plone Community is an outstanding group of people with great knowledge, experience and innovation spirit. A Collective of People that want to be cutting edge needs to be open and divers. New Ideas, new technologies needs to be adopt and assimilated by the developer collective to improve. This Talk will talk about cultural changes within a developer community, about technologies (zope, pyramid, archetypes, dexterity, travis, ...) over time, and tools (tox, pytest, appveyor, plonecli, plone.bobtemplates, ...) we need to integrate into our processes to stay alive.
