SpatioTemporal Asset Catalog (STAC) ist ein offener Standard um raumzeitliche Raster- und Vektordaten zu auszutauschen. Das primäre Ziel ist es raumzeitliche Daten einheitlich und einfach auffindbar zu machen. Das Ökosystem besteht bereits aus einer großen Anzahl an offener Software, die bereits auf die Nutzung großer Datenmengen in der Cloud optimiert ist.
