What happens when you put all trains for an entire year into a document database?How can you find out where the trains are running, when they are sceduled to arrive at a stop, what trains are passing through a particular station? I will show you how we query across millions of trainstops fast with high availability when data is stored in simple JSON documents. This talk will feature several advanced technicques such as mapping and reducing, indexing across documents, related documents and other features we use to make sure that trains can run on time.
