Abstract
In this talk Anders Norås will teach you how to use computational lingusitics to make sense of and extract data from unstructured human language texts. The session is structured as a step-by-step, progressive walkthrough where we build a small application which uses computational lingustics and machine learning to determine whether an product review is positive or negative. We'll be using Python for the programming examples, but knowing Python is not a prerequisite for attendes.
