One of the lessons we have relearned during the Coronavirus pandemic is the importance of connections. Connecting people to each other, connecting needs to solutions, connecting knowledge with action. Educational approaches, however, have traditionally treated classes as discreet, stand-alone offerings, and universities as places that prepare students for the “real” world without being fully connected to it. As we consider how education can be transformed in the coming years, we must focus less on the provision of education and more on the vision of education.
