Abstract
Sam Searle (Manager, Content and Discovery Services, Information Services, Griffith University) will discuss the positive outcomes of incorporating a component of scenario-based learning into introductory research data management workshops for librarians at two Australian universities. As awareness increases of the role librarians can play in providing support and advice for research data management, so does the need to provide library staff with professional development opportunities. This webinar explores approaches to engaging librarians in the growing area of research data management, reflecting on different approaches and lessons learned.
