Eine Variante der in Bad Aussee üblichen Faschingsbriefe (vgl. Film E 2756) stellt das am Faschingssonntag 1979 im Hotel "Stadt Wien" aufgenommene "Ausseer Wandertheater" dar. Es weist Züge des Wiener Kabaretts auf und will vor allem die Bürger des Marktes ansprechen. Der Film enthält neben Eingangs- und Schlußlied drei der insgesamt sechs Nummern des Programms.

A variant of the usual "Faschingbriefe" at Bad Aussee is the "Ausseer Wandertheater" shot on Shrove sunday 1979 at the hotel "Stadt Wien". It contains features of the Viennese cabaret and is intended to address primarily the citizens of Bad Aussee. The film shows besides the songs at beginning and end three out of the six sketches of the program.
