The film shows the different behaviour patterns of a pair of Whale-Headed Storks during the time of incubating and hatching the two eggs. A second example demonstrates how the parents take care of a five- resp. nine-week-old chick. The shots were taken 1977 in the northeastern swamps of Lake Kyoga in Uganda.
