Tintenfisch. Auf die Werbung eines Männchens in auffälliger Balztracht antworten paarungswillige Weibchen mit einer Paarbindungsgeste; eine solche wird dann auch vom Männchen ausgeführt. Bei der Begattung stehen die Tiere Kopf an Kopf. Die Eier werden einzeln abgelegt und an feste Gegenstände angeheftet.

During copulation the animals position themselves head to head. The eggs are laid individually and attached to solid objects.
