Abstract

German	German Aus Mehl, Wasser und Sauerteig bereitet eine Frau aus Saran einen Teig und läßt ihn gehen. Anschließend formt sie Fladenbrote und backt sie an der Innenwand des Backofens.
English	English The film shows a woman of Saran (Valley of Mungan, Province of Badaxsan, North-East Afghanistan) baking flat-cakes. The process is completely recorded from sieving of the flour to the finished bread, including shots of the fresh, crispy flat-cakes being eaten.
