Abstract Bilder von Supravitalpräparaten: große, unreife, lymphatische Zellen; große Sézary-Zellen; kleine Sézary-Zellen. Typische Merkmale der Zellen: Kernstruktur, Entwicklung der Kern-Plasma-Relation, Pseudopodienbildung. Interaktionen zwischen Erythrozyten und Sézary-Zellen: ab 2 Stunden nach Präparatherstellung Rosettenbildung, nach 10 bis 20 Stunden Bildung von Erythrozytenclustern. Interaktionen zwischen Erythrozyten und Lymphozyten (Hinweis für Membranmarker).
Morphological phenomena, the dynamic and functional behaviour of atypical lymphocytes, the Sézary cells, are examined in vitro. Interaction with autologic erythrocytes lead to formation of rosettes and clusters which are assessed as indication that Sézary cells carry membrane markers of thymocytes.
