Schädeldurchschuß (orbito-temporal) links mit Verlust des linken Auges: Störung des Sprachverständnisses, des Schreibens, Lesens und Rechnens, sowie sämtlicher Denkleistungen. Bei einem linksseitigen orbito-temporalen Durchschuß besteht klinisch eine erhebliche Herabsetzung des Sprachverständnisses mit erschwerter Wortfindung und gestörtem Schreiben und Lesen, ferner Hemianopsie sowie eine teilweise und leichte motorische sensible Parese der rechten Hand. Auf allen Denkgebieten leigt eine erhebliche Demenz vor.

In the case of a left-sided orbito-temporal bullet, there is clinically a considerable reduction in speech comprehension with difficult word finding and impaired writing and reading, as well as hemianopsia and a partial and slight motor sensory paresis of the right hand. There is considerable dementia in all areas of thought.
