Methodik der quantitativen und topographischen Perimetrie (Original, Modell, Trick). Funktionsänderung des Gesichtsfeldes und der perimetrischen Meßwerte bei Hell-, Dunkeladaptation und Dämmerungssehen. Beteiligung der Zapfen und Stäbchen am Sehen (Diagramm). Einfluß der Lichtabsorption der Netzhautgefäße und des Netzhautmeridians auf die Gesichtsfeldkurven. Klinische Anwendungsbeispiele der Perimetrie: juveniles Glaukom, Glaucoma simplex, Tapetoretinale Degeneration, Ringskotom, Maculaloch, Hypophysentumor.
Methods in quantitative and topographical perimetry using originals, models and animations. Changes in function of the visual field and perimetric values in light, dark and dusk adaptions. Roles of rod and cone cells in seeing. Influence of light absorption on the optical nerves around the visual curve. Clinical uses in child glaucoma, Glaucoma simplex, tapetoretinale degeneration, ring skotoma, macula holes and hypophysenal tumour.
