English | English How can parents and child care workers cooperate successfully? How can they agree on children's development and education? Giving the example of four children aged between 2 and 6 years observation and individual education at home and in daycare are examined and the cooperation model of the so called "Pen Green Loop" is introduced. Camera ethnographic studies show the children's preferences at home and at daycare, their observation and training at day care in accord with their parents. Methods and tools are introduced, including photographs and video for a better communication between parents and day care workers, thus providing a feedback loop.
