OP-Vorbereitung durch Krankengymnastik zur Auflockerung des Bandapparates und Verbesserung der Atmung sowie durch Anwendung von Halo-Extension bzw. Cortex-Zug (Original, Trick). Postoperativ: Anlegen eines Ruhegipses, krankengymnastische Behandlung, Übergang auf Stützkorsett.
