In this way he removes altogether 11 small splinters, preventing them afterwards from getting back to the woman's upper body by anointing it with healing oil. In order to detect the guilty person, i. e. the person having caused the disease by special spiritual powers and abilities, the practitioner carries out a sand-oracle, which reveals the husband's mistress as responsible for the illness.
