The yak herd of the village of Iskatul (Sanglic valley, Province of Badaxsan, North-East Afghanistan) is driven from the meadow on the slopes above the village down into the valley, brought into the village, and distributed to the various owners. In the yard of one farmstead, a woman shears three yaks.
