Abstract

German	German Die Andachtsübung fängt mit einem individuellen Morgengebet an. Der anschließende Zikr, eine litaneiartige, formelhafte Gebetsserie, wird von wiegenden Körperbewegungen im Rhythmus der Gebetsformeln begleitet.
English	English The Zikr consists of the initial individual prayer, and the actual Zikr itself, a series of formal prayers following a litany, and rocking movements in rhythm with the prayers. The Zikr ends with the exclamation Hû ("He" = God).
