Behavior in the recreation-room, in which a female patient stays together with other female patients. Then, in a medium shot exposure the exterior appearence is shown. The patient talks about things and analysis problems which most probably played an important part in her former life. Then, a talk with the doctor takes place to see whether the patient will be able to orientate herself in time and space. Afterwards some objects are shown to the patient, which she cannot define in the right way. He simple command to close the eyes is obeyed. Beyond this, the patient is not even able to point with a finger on the tip of her nose. The repetition of some words is partially possible. She is also able to count from one to ten. But she cannot give the names of the months anymore; in the same way she cannot remember the questions asked shortly before.
