Abstract

German	German Eine Frau aus Saran läßt in einer wassergetriebenen Mühle ein kleines Quantum Weizen und Gerste mahlen.
English	English A woman of Saran (Valley of Mungan, Badaxsan-Province, North-East Afghanistan) brings a small quantity of grain - wheat and barley - to be ground in the local mill, whereby she herself assists the mill servant. The process is completely recorded, but some of the technical details of the waterdriven mill could not be filmed.
