Die Tanzlieder werden von in Nepal lebenden Tibetern ausgeführt. In den ersten beiden Teilen tanzt je ein Mann auf einem Holzbrett, das dem rhythmischen Stampfen eine besondere Wirkung gibt; die Musiker sind nicht zu sehen (Zupfsaiten- und Streichinstrument sowie Zimbeln). Im dritten Teil singt und tanzt eine Gruppe von Männern und Frauen, von einer Stieltrommel begleitet. (Vorführungen auf Bestellung.)

Tibetans living in Nepal perform three dancing songs. In the first two parts one man at a time performs a dance on a board, which emphasizes the effect of his rhythmical stamping. The musicians are not visible (plucked and stringed instruments, cymbals). In the third part a group of men and women sing and perform a dance, accompanied by a drum fixed to a handle. There is one part sung slowly and another sung more quickly.
