Silviculture in Bosnia-Herzegovina
What is karst and what does thinning mean in forestry and silviculture? The videos in this series explain, for example, what it means for the forest to grow on karst soil and how and under what conditions it is possible to reforest in karst areas. The second video is about thinning: why is it important to get high quality trees? When, how often and how intensively should thinning be done?
