Abstract

The concentration properties of eigenfunctions of the Laplace-Beltrami operator are closely linked the the underlying geometry (and dynamics) on manifolds. It this talk I will discuss the known concentration results and the models we use to test sharpness. Such problems are effectively forward problems, I will also discuss what an inverse problem would look like in this setting.
