Abstract
Over the past few years, Esri has made a renewed commitment to participating in and contributing to the OpenStreetMap project. With recent efforts in this regard, we're now able to offer an end-to-end experience for improving and using OSM data, which benefits both our GIS user community and the wider OSM community. In this session, we will cover the ways in which we contribute GIS data to the OSM project, how we expose live OSM data in the form of freely-accessible web services, and how we use the Daylight Map Distribution to create our popular OSM vector tile basemap. This talk was presented at State of the Map US 2022.
