Most of us are aware of the shocking statistic of 'Men vs Women' ratio in the Open Source world. The tough job right now is to find the reason for this shocking difference and figure out ways to get more women involved in Open Source. Being a woman in the Open source world, I have analyzed a few reasons for this scenario. This lightning talk will let me share my views with others and in turn will help me get a more global view point. I would like this session to be as interactive as possible.
