Im Dorf Sara tanzen nacheinander unterschiedliche Paare vor einer Gruppe Preislieder singender und in die Hände klatschender Mädchen und Frauen, wobei der Mann rechts von seiner Partnerin steht, ihren Arm faßt und mit ihr eine Kombination von Hoch- und Weitsprüngen vorführt.

Women and girls of Sara village are arranged in a semicircle on the dancingplace, clapping their hands and singing songs of praise. In front of the semicircle a couple take their place for dancing. The boy places himself by the right side of the girl, takes her arm and performs with her the figure of the "al beher"-dance, a combination of long and high leaps with "leapturn". The film only presents excerpts from the dance which, however, show the characteristic figure several times in detail.
