The first part of the film concentrates on therapy planning with the aid of motivational, condition, function and life-history analysis of agoraphobia. The grounds for in-vivo exposition are examined and a way is shown of building up a patient's motivation for exposure therapy. The second part of the film shows the in-vivo exposition procedure, and demonstrates a way of dealing with panic attacks in the session.
