Aus dem Brunnen der Siedlung Tuo auf Fenualoa schöpft eine Frau Wasser mit einer an einem Rotanstreifen hängenden Kokosnußschale, füllt es in mehrere Kokosnußbehälter, versieht diese mit Saugröhren und Stöpseln und trägt sie nach Hause. Dort wird das Trinken aus einem Behälter demonstriert.

With a coconut shell (with three openings) hanging from a rotan strip a woman scoops water from the well of the village of Tuo on Fenualoa (Ngasinue). With this she fills "coconut bottles" and fits them with suction pipes made of halves of the coconut leaflets. Their openings are sealed with stoppers made of liana leaves. On the family's compound one of the sons drinks up the contents of one of these "bottles" in the characteristic way.
