| Abstract | | Deutsch | Deutsch Drei Beispiele serologischer Untersuchungsmethoden zum Ausschluß einer Vaterschaft mit jeweiligen Ausschlußkonstellationen: Blutgruppenbestimmung, ABO- und MN-Merkmale mittels Agglutination, Untersuchung der Serumeiweiße, Haptoglobine, Gc-Gruppen, Transferine und des C3-Komplementfaktors (Elektrophorese, Immunelektrophorese). Bestimmung von Erythrozyten-Enzymen: Saure Phosphatase (SP), Phosphoglucomutase (PGM), Adenylatkinase. Erwähnung des HLA-Systems. | | Englisch | Englisch The film shows first how blood groups are determined by agglutination. The various types of blood group antibodies, complete and incomplete, are briefly mentioned, and the typical reaction pictures of the four AB0 blood groups and the three groups of the MN blood group system are demonstrated. Then follow the possible exclusion constellations of the AB0 blood groups and the MN blood factors. Subsequently, the possibility of indirect exclusion of paternity by examination of blood relations of the mother of the child or of the presumed father is mentioned. When the inheritable properties of serum protein are discussed, the reactions of Gm and InV factors, the zymograms and precipitates of heptoglobin and Gc groups and of the C3 and transferrin systems are taken into account. The methods of determination of these protein groups are demonstrated together with their possible exclusion constellations. The third part of the film is concerned with the genetically determined enzyme systems of the red blood corpuscles. The methods of determination of six different enzymes (acid erythrocyte phosphoglucomutase, adenosine deaminase, adenylate kinase and phosphogluconate dehydrogenase) are given in detail, acid phosphatase is used as a paradigm. The importance of enzymes for paternity decisions is demonstrated. Finally, the highly selective HL-A system is mentioned. |
