GNU Guix is a software deployment tool that gives you what you declare. It provides abstractions to declare software packages, profiles containing several packages, operating systems and software services, and even fleets of machines. Guix saw its 1.2.0 release in November 2020. In this talk I will present some of the latest features added to Guix or still cooking, showing how they all follow the same declarative pattern and how that eases the assembly of complex software pieces.
